(NobleTek), an engineering services provider focused on NC programming, composite manufacturing, and 3D design services and formed NobleTek LLC. 聽Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of NobleTek fits into 新彩网鈥檚 strategy to maximize its customer value as a total solution provider.聽 The purchase of NobleTek鈥檚 assets expands 新彩网鈥檚 solution offerings to include product design and production manufacturing services. Which rounds out a comprehensive product development portfolio of both software and services, comprised of implementation, training, support, integration, automation, and customization services.
